With 33 years of experience in the hair industry and 11 years proudly running my own salon, I can truly say I love what I do. Hairdressing isn’t just my career-it’s my passion. I believe in creating styles that make my clients feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.
Building long-lasting relationships with my clients is one of the greatest joys of my work. Whether it’s a simple trim, a fresh new style, or a complete transformation, I take the time to listen and ensure every visit is a positive and personal experience. My salon has become more than just a place for hair-it’s a welcoming space where people come to relax, feel cared for, and leave looking and feeling their best.

Hi i’m Lois, i have been part of Tangled for 8 years, starting out as a Saturday girl and growing into a full-time stylist. Over that time I’ve found my passion in creating seamless balayages and beautiful blondes -they’re what i enjoying doing the most. What I love most about hairdressing is the people. Getting to know my clients and building real friendships makes every day in the salon special. I am always exited to welcome new clients and make them feel

Cutting and blow- drying are what I do best, and I enjoy helping people feel great about their hair. Hi, I’m Charlotte! I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for over 15 years, holding NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications and specialising as a certified bleach expert. My true passion lies in blonding and balayage, but I also love working across all aspects of colour to create looks tailored to each client. Alongside colouring, I’m a fully qualified hair extensionist, specialising in nano hair
extensions. I work with leading brands such as Beauty Works, GL Hair, and Lullabellz to ensure I can offer only the highest-quality hair for my clients. With a blend of expertise, creativity, and premium products, my goal is to help you achieve beautiful, healthy hair that makes you feel confident and radiant. I now work a few days a week in the salon, balancing my passion for hairstyling with life outside of work.
